==Name==
Although there aren't any official conclusions to the origin of the name, it is believed that 'Rednaxela' derives from the English name 'Alexander'. The cause of this mistake is thought to be that, since the Chinese language is written right to left, the person who wrote the sign mistakenly wrote English the same way. Its Chinese transliteration was given after this error and gradually the neighborhood adopted it, hence the government never made any further alterations.
